Hey guys congratulion for by an W124. but Ergonomie ist good into w124??? nope .Seatposition is too high min 5 cm.The Steering wheel is not adjustable in Standard .with elektrik Collumm only forward and back not highd .
in this things the 997 much more better .maybe lightyears away.
And the Porsche on the Brakes are too much more better .more relabilty and no swimming with sporty driving.
but 500 is not a sportscar. its more a Power Saloon for long Distance driving. I love my 500:hearts:

Yes, definitely an apples to oranges comparison. Not to mention the 997 is a newer car and Porsches just get better with each newer generation. My first 911 was a 76 and the last one was a 97 993. Light years apart but each one was awesome in its own right. Think of the 500E as the 4-door Porsche 928 concept car. Front V8 large displacement with good brakes and sophisticated suspensions. The 928 of that era would be a little better on track and better composed at the limit but the 500E would run right along with it.
