Ok, so installed the module but it still falls on its face when try to give it gas.
Using a breakout box. Found numous faults on coiled modules but what’s most concerning is pin #7 I have a led light on all the time. Bad module? Something is grounded out? can’t even check heck for faults since the led light is on all the time.

Start a new thread in the Troubleshooting & Diagnostics subforum. Few people are going to see your post in the "LH Repair" thread.

But yes, it does sound like the module at pin #7 (E-GAS, or T/LLR) may be defective?

I just received another batch of capacitors to repair our LH modules today. I have 8 sets available and so far 2 have been spoken for. Updated pricing is $12 for a set mailed in a blister pack with tracking to your address. If you want 2 or more sets add $3 for each individual set. Additionally if you want me to install capacitors in your LH module the cost is $100 which includes parts and labor and priority mailing with tracking to your door.

What I have so far identified is there are some modules that have the newer style aluminum can capacitors and some that have the old brown plastic capacitors. The ones that are brown seem to be the ailing parts. Based on the age and lifespan of the components it’s still a good idea to replace them. I also will be replacing capacitors in the other modules in the box and will report findings on these modules if any are shown to be bad as well. I bought extra capacitors for these modules so if anyone is interested in having those updated let me know. Prices to be determined on those but they will be less than $100 since they seem to be fewer capacitors in number.

Another observation is Bosch stopped dipping the modules in conformal coating between 93 to 94. That may have been a cost cutting decision from Mercedes to control costs or it may have been deemed unnecessary. If your module has the conformal coating the coating needs to be removed around the components to be serviced. I reapply the coating after repairs are made.

Hi Alphasud40:
I've chased down a 15-32 variant LH module for my 92-400E & would like to have you 'revitalize' it please...
Is the Seltice Way address I saw elsewhere still the correct shipping destination?
Let me know if there is anything you would recommend while it's open please...
Thanx; Randall

Is this common issue on late year lh modules for the r129? I'm getting an odd issue with a 95 model where it'll start up fine and then start idling poorly mainly in gear after driving for 10-30 minutes and then be completely fine. Tis mainly seems to happen if the car hasn't been driven for more than a day.
No codes. All ignition components have been ruled out. Going to check EGR and if that doesn't work, I'm going to swap the lh from my other 95 once weather is improves

It's most common on 1992 USA model year LH modules. Maybe some early 1993 USA model years. The capacitors changed on later modules (93-up, approximately) and those seem to have a much lower failure rate. It's unlikely the caps are bad on your 1995 assuming it's the original LH module.

The issue begins about 10-30 minutes after a cold start, and is ok after it clears up? This sounds like a classic case of moisture in the distributor caps. Adding extra vent slots to the caps will almost always cure the issue. You also must eliminate oil leaks from the intake cam solenoids. Full details are in the thread linked below:
