Limp home mode !!!!

Hi all ,,

My 500E has been starting in limp home mode every time .

I can turn the engine off and restart and it won't give me any problems and after seconds the problem came back .

It's indicating the potentiometer of the electronic throttle actuator or the wiring of the e t a. Often the isolation gets brittle if not changed earlier already. Check out there should be various threads about this issue here on the board.

I removed the ETA and I put it in fuel and left it for an hour .

Then I returned it to the engine and everything works fine until now.

Are there any reason/relation or it just the luck ?
