M 104 Queryre Hydrauic Lifters

Hi, I now have 2 W140's 91 and 94.
I have posted here before as the 91 which was sitting idle for a long time has noisy hydraulic lifters. They don't pump up at all, all 24 of them. Tried 200km on lifter cleaner and most recently 2 litres of diesel for 100km. Had the rocker cover off and oil is getting to the cams. blown air back though lines wherever I could.

My question is, How are the Hydraulic Lifters fed? Thnak you for your help
 
Supposed it is M119 engines or any other with similar heads, you'll find the answer in this thread, or information that leads to the answer:
