M104 coils issue after pressure wash

I pressure washed an m104 and now it runs ever so slightly rough. I avoid the top front of the engine. Could one of the coils have been ruined by water dripping into the cracks of the cover?
Can one ruin coils by pressure washing?

Bad idea to pressure wash these engines. These cars are 25 to 30 years old. A lot of the rubber and sealants have deteriorated a bit. It’s possible to damage an engine in a brand new car by power washing.

The water could be in a lot of electrical connections and could possibly dry out on its own given enough time. OR if possible to get it to run and drive for a while the heat cycle may dry it out.

Good Luck
