These have NOT been refurbished or professionally cleaned. I just degreased them and tested each to make sure they “click” when power is applied, confirming they are fully functioning injectors. You can see the black coating on the metal housings has mostly worn off due to the degreaser I used. I removed the both o-rings on each injector, as they were hard and brittle, but left everything else alone. They were taken from an E420 with 130k miles. These should work on all M119 engines (4.2 & 5.0) with the LH injection. I’d recommend at least replacing the filters.. but having them professionally tested and cleaned/rebuilt is probably the best idea if they’ll be used long term and not just as spares.
