New Mercedes Benz dealer parts order system?

Today I was at the official MB dealer and they told me that soon they will start to use a new system for ordering parts instead of the EPC.
I asked the staff what was the name but they couldn’t remember.
They said that they will be trained for the new system which is more “user friendly” and faster and better options than EPC.

I don’t know if anyone has heard of this new system for MB coming soon or not?

Whatever system it is, hopefully it takes the "NL" out of "NLA."

This could go either really well or be a total disaster.

The part lookup tool is the EPC - Electronc Parts Catalog.

The part ordering / inventory tool is Paragon, aka "Parts-R-Gon".

I wonder which is changing.

Epc is going to be phased out. The new program is called parts information or something. The roll out started in some pilot dealers in Germany already in the beginning of 2018.
