Just tried to start the car and the lights all come on but no click at the starter or starter crank. Oddly a repeating clicking is coming from under the passenger seat after turning the key like a blinker left on. Any ideas ?

Security lockout all resolved with shutting doors and locking unlocking. Not sure why it happened.
