Thanks!

What specifically do you need to remove the front cover for? In general you want to avoid doing this, unless also pulling the cylinder heads...

:duck:

I need to replace the right side (driver side facing engine) lower chain guide which is in two pieces. I've replaced the upper guides no issues but this one's pin is behind the cover. Is there another way?

Thanks,
Arif

That's what I feared. I'm not looking forward it. I plan to pull the engine and work on it on the stand. However, before I do that I want to break loose the crank pulley bolt.

Ouch... yes, you need to pull the timing cover to replace the driver side lower rail. Pulling the engine and putting it on a stand is a great idea.

Still looking…

I had someone pm me with an email to a seller. I contacted the individual and we agreed to a price. The Seller then asked how I planned to pay and shipping address. I told them that I could Paypal them the money after they send me a picture of the part with a description of condition or they could list on eBay and send me the link where I could make an offer for the agreed amount. I sent the response and never heard back. Up till then the Seller was promptly responding to my emails, afterwards dead silence. I decided to check the member who had pm’d me with contact info. Turns out their account was created minutes before they sent the pm. That member is @broughtonandrew. They have not been on here since 6/8 same days as they joined. So beware.

This is likely a scammer account. I'll ask @xfadmin to take care of it.
