Are those PNs specific for CE or are they the same for sedan?

I think that set is specific for fitting a roof rack.

Coupé rails are unique to the 2-door, the sedans are different, as are wagons. And yes, the coupé rails do have the fittings for a roof rack - never understood why MB didn't include the roof rack mounts on sedans also.
