SDS C3 error 10766 when trying to reading fault codes

I'm recieving following fault when trying to read fault codes from the car with Star Diagnose:

Internal fault
Diagnosis Multiplexer
Code: 10766

Does anybody have clue is the problem with the car or with SDS C3 multiplexer? Previously SDS has connected and worked normally when reading fault codes.

Main reason for reading fault codes is that car won't fire up. I've tried to read fault codes with blink tester before SDS but blink tester did not work at all. I may have connected wires to wrong pins (wrong order). All warning lights come on when turning the ignition on.

Is it possible to have short circuit some computers with blink code tester when connecting wires in wrong order? There is no fuse in my blink code tester.

Ok, I reply to myself. Issue is now been fixed. Car is up and running. Base module has failed and did not fed the power to other computers or diagnosis socket.
