That's the diagram for my VIN, which is a US spec 036. I thought I saw a post of someone repurposing a cassette case somewhere to "remake" that clear lens too.
Here is a screenshot from ISPPI, with a 'European' 500E selected as the vehicle. Looks like the P/N is incremented by 1 from what is installed in @Jlaa's car. Note you can also see the E/S switch shown in the diagram.
