Some pics i took at a pretty awesome Porsche show in Culver City California today

Very nice, I always enjoy seeing the early ones especially. 904s, rs, speedsters, etc. I was turned away from the Porsche corral at Road Atlanta in the same fashion. When I asked the attendant if he knew the 500E was assembled by Porsche he looked at me like I was some cheese eatin' high school kid. I think some of the Porschefiles might have enjoyed it.

Is there any other way to see these? I have been resisting faceplant and would like to continue to do so, but I'd love to see the pictures...

Now if only you had rolled up in a 1984 Seat Ibiza - you could have flipped the hood, shown them the Motor and you would have been all set! ;)

Try showing up at a BMW meet with an Isetta....

I love these cars! I remember a couple of years ago I spent a few hours doing a very thorough full detail of my cabrio. I took the top down and went for a nice scenic drive. I was feeling pretty good about my car and then I ended up behind one of these. Every single eye turned to admire it. I'm pretty sure no one even noticed my car. That was fine though. I was happy to follow behind a mint Isetta and enjoy the view.

Keep resisting. I am... and I know Honch is too.

:wormhole:
Resisting? Heck, I gave up that crap back on January 2, 2013. Haven't missed it, and barely thought about it, for even one minute since. Glad to get that herpes-like site out of my life once and for all.

For those of you who have been thinking about how to improve your life, SHUT DOWN YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT AND BE DONE WITH IT!!! It is a useless site. LinkedIn is much better and more productive for networking where it counts ... professionally. Facebook is just an ad-laden, showoff site.

I'm sure that's the case now, but a couple of times at Sebring like '97-'99 ish I was waved into the "Porsche Corral". Once I returned to find a photocopy of some Porsche club type magazine photo of a 500E announcing the article about it tucked under the wiper...

Did you say, "Here! Have a Seat!" I would have. I know that's a mispronunciation, but that's what I would've done. It's kind of like "having a Fit"
