That part is not sold separately, it comes with the complete filter housing... which is NLA. You'd have to buy a complete filter housing from a car with both M119 and oil cooler.

I'd re-install it and not worry about it, unless you find the oil cooler is "cold" on a hot day in summer when driving the car hard enough to get oil temp really hot.
Agreed, I'd carry an IR temp gauge to see if you are actually getting hot enough to warrant it's engagement and to check the temp of your oil. I only ever managed to get my oil HOT on the race track during endurance runs (2-3 hour stints)....
