It appears that wheel lug bolts extend slightly above the surface of the EVO2 wheels, wonder if they are correct seat (ball v. cone).

They are likely the W210 bolts which are a good choice if one does not have the correct ones.

Agreed - based on how far the bolts protrude, I'm pretty sure they are the 85mm, double-head W210 bolts.

Price seems optimistic for a low-option Japan-spec car with only a (rare) bodykit & wheels. At least it's a nice color combo. Expensive cars+coffee toy though.

Back on MB Market, again.

Sold for $21,124 plus fees in June 2023, with 104kkm:

The previous owner had it for a whopping two months, and sold it to the current owner in August 2023, who has kept it for 6 months. Now with 107kkm, sold March 2024 for $18,000 plus fees:

Two short honyemoons in a row?

Edit - make that three, see post #10 below.

In my opinion. The right hand steering is a PITA to get used to. I had a similar experience driving a 250TD in England. It felt weird that I was driving from the passenger seat my 1986 300E.

Also, I would question the ride on the lowered coil overs and 17” wheels. I thought I ruined the ride on my 300E when I lowered it and ran +2 17” rims and tires. It may have the same problem as my 300E. “Looked Great but the ride was CRAP”

Again just my opinion.😊

Totally agree @TerryA and wow, a whopping 3kkm. Not surprised. It blows my mind how people are willing to throw money at a RHD car that typically came in LHD and drive it in the LHD fashion.

Personally, I'd only make the LHD -> RHD exception on very few cars. For example, my friend recently got a Mitsubishi Evo V and I adore the car.

:update:

For sale AGAIN in November 2024 by the current owner, who owned it for ~8 months? Car is now located in UK:

I've only just come across these posts.

Here in the UK, if we want an E500E, we have to "like it or lump it" regarding the LHD! But personally, I have never had any problems adapting to the LHD from RHD - even when swopping between the two on a daily basis. There are some circumstances, i.e. when overtaking, when LHD means a bit more caution, but overall I forgive the car its LHD because of the fabulous driving experience.

And when I drive in Europe (which used to be quite frequently, but less so these days), I naturally take the E500!
