This was @smoker's car as documented in his OWNER's thread. Nice options... ASR, heated ortho seats, roller blind. And, the previous owner installed Sportline suspension/wheels, a 2.65 diff, SL600 brakes, plus 90L fuel tank and matching tunk carpets.

Someone got a nice parts car here (too far gone to reliably repair, IMO). The "run and drive" status is hilarious, although the engine probably starts and runs, I'm not even sure it will roll, let alone drive onto a trailer. Price is pretty steep, I wonder if the buyer is aware of all the upgrades, or will even notice some of the goodies. I can't view the final sale price, but the highest I saw was $3350 (plus fees/transport) before it ended.

The way that fender is peeled back he must have driven into the back of a high box truck of some kind. Sad to see what appeared to be a pristine low mileage E420 scrapped out.
