722.364 (R129) vs 722.365/370 (W124/W140)?

Hey everyone, this one makes me wondering:

Can someone point me out the differences between the 722.364 (129.067) and the 722.365 or 722.370 (124.036 / 140.05x)?
For example the housing and valve body are different according to MB.
Is it possible to use a .364 in a .036 and .034 regarding fitment etc?
Are there any downsides doing this?
Does the .364 needs to be modified for this use?

Would love to know more about this!

I think the rear tail housing is different and would need to be swapped.

Not sure about the VB differences but I don't see why you couldn't use the R129 unit as-is.

All the internals should be the same, AFAIK.
