A rare sight(an idea for a thread hopefully not done before)

I remember seeing two red clk63 BS together in some pictures and thought that was super cool since they are so rare. Seeing two together is probably a once in a lifetime thing for most people.


Seeing two of these below in my driveway gave me an idea for this thread. Right is mine, left was just purchased localy to ship to NY to a friend.

So...post pictures of two or more super rare mbs or two or more rare color mercedes cars together. Please provide statistics if you can.

98 is the last year of Imperial red used in a w202 chassis and probably overall by Mercedes. In 99 a new very similar red was introduced but either way....there are still under 50 or even 40 red c43s in the USA which makes it an extremely rare color on a very rare car. Seeing two together is not something you'll run into very often or if ever.

Hopefully this thread hasn't been done before.

I’ll play. Here is my 77 240D and my former 79 280E both in medium red with a bamboo Tex interior. I’ve never actually seen another one in this color.

Probably not as rare as the others...
E320 and E420. Same year, same exterior color, both Canadian imports.
