AC Hose and O’Ring

I have an oily refrigerant hose between the compressor forward to the condenser. I believe the part number is 1192301056. Can someone tell me the proper o’ring parts needed to replace this bottom hose please. Also a supplier? Thank you for any assistance.

I don't have the PN on that O-rings, but if you contact an AC-pump vendor or a AC/klima workshop they'll find the correct O-rings for you straight away based on the type of car. They know the exact parts used on the hose terminations with correct quality on par with OE parts. It's likely at a lower price than the MB-dealer as well.

BTW - you have to refill & seal testing the AC-system after replacing that hose anyway, so I guess the shop could give you a total price incl. the O-rings.

A/C o-rings aren’t too expensive. Would be easy to call your local dealer and have them order them for you. If you didn’t want to do that Rock Auto has O-ring kits for Mercedes cars that would get you the sizes you need. You have to use caution though and match them up size and diameter. Sometimes they are close but not correct so the dealer is the sure bet on those.

According to the info posted by Jon @emerydc8 above it is #140 997 09 45. Here is several sources on it:

And this one on eBay is listed (..as usual) 5 times higher than at MBpartsusa
...must be an extremely good O-ring, blows minus 5⁰C out off the AC. :loony:
