FOR SALE Aftermarket Lorinser Exhaust Tips ($40)

I used to be running aftermarket Lorinser tips I got from Japan but after years of searching I finally found a pair of brand new genuine Lorinser tips so I'm selling these. They were $180 new.

Side by side comparison next to the real ones (not for sale). Also pics of how they looked on my SL.

They are big, square and round and I always felt they looked better than AMGs.

Nice! The Lorinser styling is the best and underrated. Most people don't even know it.
I just finished installing the entire Lorinser package on my R129 too with RSK5 staggered split rims and front and rear bumper + exhaust.

I totally agree with you that the Lorinser styling is the best and underrated (IMHO, for 4 door MB sedans) ... I used it for my former W201 and W202 MBs'. However, on my current R129 ... I went with the original MB styling (updated) thou

I have the rare facelift Lorinser kit on my R129. I'll post full photos of it soon. Currently no photos of this r129 lorinser kit exist on the internet that I know of.
In my opinion it's an OEM+ version of the original MB styling. It retains almost all of the original styling elements like the facelift rounded rectangular strip on the front and rear bumpers but with the addition of a subtle integrated spoiler on the front and back. It's like a rounded version of the brabus r129 kit with softer edges and lines.

Btw does your OEM rear bumper sag? @chicky

Regarding my rear "upgrade" bumper ... it isn't sagging, but my front does "a little" ... please refer to pictures attached.

Well I’m glad to hear Lorinser is well-regarded. The original owner of my 500 had the dealership, Keenan Mercedes in Dolyestown, PA, install a Lorinser rear spoiler shortly after purchase. They were a licensed distributor for Lorinser. It is a well-made item! It would be costly to remove it at this point, and I would not want to disturb the original paint. In fact, the look has grown on me, along with the period-correct pin-striping, also courtesy of the original owner’s taste 32 years ago. The pseudo EVO wheelset was my idea.
