FOR SALE Hella Raintronic aftermarket rain sensor

A never used NOS and pretty rare item from Hella, their aftermarket rain sensor. It is complete and never installed, original tape still on the sensor. All is there. I bought it years ago for my collection of aftermarket period gadgets, but I've realised I'll never use it, which is a shame really. It's supposed to work really well too, Hella is one of the major manufacturers of OEM rain sensors for a lot of car brands, so they know what they're doing.

I'd be really happy to see it installed on a forum members car!

When they come up for sale in Germany or Sweden they can fetch €300 and more easily.

I'll accept $/€200 plus shipping, but please no Ebay flipping then. $25-40 in shipping to the US.

Oh boy! Now I remember making an order for the Raintronic at local Hella dealer many years ago. We knew that manufacturing was just ceased but we hoped Hella would still deliver some. .. They never informed me that the ordered item is ready to pick
