And one nearly finished Brabus Alcon brake project from moscow.

1000USD for each caliper, so 4000USD total_
All center hats and caliper brackets are custom made.
Any 340-380mmX35-36mm front and 300-350X22mm rear rotor can be used.
So, didn't have any time to write for some time but now back to business
I have found a set of AP Racing 370x36mm rotors for the front and 330x22mm Audi S5 rear rotors:
AP Racings are sooooo light! 8,89 kg per rotos which is lighter than 320x30mm OEM E500 rotor
Audi rotors are cheap, and after all modifications they are 5,3kg each.
Modifications:
Made J-hooks on both fronts and rears. Cut out steel centre from audi rotors, and milled everything to make aluminium hats:
Then we made 3d drawings of our system:
Parking brake will be working - steel ring will be installed in aluminium hats.
The next step was 3d printing brackets to ensure that everything is correct:
So now everything is ready for producing all parts from aluminum.
The next brake post will be with the final result.
Total weight of the system will be nearly the same as OEM. but 320x30+300x22 VS 370x36+330x22mm
Pricey project indeed, but I really need them in my new 19" MonoV rims =)
