amg skirts

What type of AMG skirts would fit a 500e?
Short answer: None.

You can get standard AMG W124 side skirts and modify them to flare out more to match the fenders, but there is nothing off-the-shelf which is designed for the 500E. Modifying the AMG skirts could be tricky and it would be a shame to ruin them if the mods didn't go well...

Oh my. Whoever at Göckel is creating their eBay listings should be tarred & feathered. That is one of the most awful listings I've seen. Looks like they put their entire catalog in the listing - and there's no simple photos showing what you're buying for your ~$3500 USD. And most of the thumbnails are distorted too. Sheesh... they may have nice products, but the marketing is horrendous!

:whack:

Take a look at their other auctions. But I agree, hard to make much sense of their listing.

In Japan they made the whole W124 AMG Bodykit fit the 500E (actually a true E60AMG). This is such a beeeeeaaaautiful Bodykit, my good friend hat it on his W124 E420 AMG, looks in my opinion even better that the 500E stock parts.
There it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2zvknG_Rno
I disagree, the AMG kit looks out of place on the 036 - the 036 has a smoother contour to the body, whereas the AMG kit is too angular and kills the design continuity of the 036 body.

Ha, Ha - very well said, Dave. :-) It's a pure moneysucking plastic rubbish seller.

(Btw, I get my OEM AMG skirts next week, and I will look VERY thoroughly to make up my decision to take on any mods to get them on my 036).

Ciao

So what front bumper came on a E60 in 1994? HWA-124-885-01-25??
Hi.

HWA-124-885-01-25 is the AMG Gen2 front bumper. The E60 came with standard .036 front bumper. On the photo is the Norwegian E60 AMG at right.

Oh my. With that car you really don't need a sticker that says "Please get out of my lane", don't you. Wow.

Well, that warning applies for the males only. For females it's a bit different, Ha Ha! :-)

Yes and Jelmer is no longer a "Senior Member" but rather has a Special Status too !!
I never was Senior ;(

Off-topic: I'm sure one of those buildings in the picture is a hotel? How much per night? I think I need to inspect these AMG Skirts personally so have a proper opinion.
