Long shot, but, anyone in Germantown MD by chance?

Someone on FB Marketplace has a great instrument cluster I can definitely use for parts, needles are bright, and the bargain price of $50

Unfortunately seller not shipping, pickup local only... In the modern day, not sure why... I would love to have this cluster for spares, can compensate for someone who can pick it up and ship it to me...
