Bad smell out of exhaust

That condensation could be normal depending on temperature and humidity. Also, the catalytic converters don’t really become effective until they are hot so you could smell strong CO/NOx fumes on a cold start. I think there is still an unsettled question here as to whether the AIR pump dilutes the fumes on a cold start or simply causes the converters to warm up more quickly with added oxygen. IIRC there is also an open-loop condition until it warms up to temperature.
