To be upfront, they didn’t fit my 1993 500E front hubs without making contact between back of the face and the calipers. Hopefully one of you will have an other MB car that will be able to run these.
Or are willing to experiment and run spacers.

I believe whatever came from the factory. The difference between the back of the factory 500E wheels and these is staggering. The factory wheels have a nice fat “Stump” or hub portion and these wheels are lacking in that area, more so than the small difference in factory offset suggests

The early 93 brakes have less clearance to the wheel than the late 93 brakes. How much of a spacer is required to get a ~2mm air gap from the Lorinsers to the caliper face? If you only need a ~5mm spacer, and have early brakes, changing to the late brakes might do the trick.

And yes, offset has ZERO effect on the shape of the spokes, so you can have caliper clearance issues no matter what the offset is.

Thanks! You have mentioned this before, and I didn’t do exact science when trying on different slip on spacers. I believe it needed around three 5mm slip on spacers.. I figure 15 to 20mm’s.
