Breather hose availability

Hi, I’ve been doing some work to my 400E and wanted to replace the breather hoses. Part numbers 119-094-42-82, 119-094-43-82, and 119-094-44-82. I ordered from OEM Parts and today I got the following email;

“Hello, we regret to inform you that part numbers 119-094-42-82 and 119-094-43-82 are no longer available.”

I then called Helms Bros Mercedes and they also said no longer available. I can’t seem to find anything aftermarket online either. Is there something I’m missing?

Both those part numbers are old numbers, superceded to new/different numbers. Use the diagrams and part numbers at the link below:

Hi, I noticed this weekend a hose on the driver's side next to the wires at the front is seeping (see pictures). Seems like a very easy replacement of an old, saturated breather hose. I checked epc for the part, but I can't find it anywhere - the closest thing was in the "Major Engine...

AFAIK they are all still available. I'm disappointed that 2 different dealers didn't perform a simple EPC reverse lookup to find out the replacement part numbers...

Ok thanks a lot. I just couldn’t figure out why such a simple and problematic part had been discontinued. I’ll give OEM parts another try tomorrow.
