Can anyone help me achieve flush fitment for my 500E?

My favorites, and not necessarily in this order (but pretty close).
1. NEEZ 18 x 9 and 9.5
2. 18" AMG BBS 2 piece (aka split-face)
3. 17" AMG OZ Racing
4. 17" Evo's
5. 18" AMG Monoblocks from E55
6. 17" AMG Aero I
7. 17" AMG Aero II
8. 18" AMG (star-fish) from R129
....and the list goes on...
But there are a handful of other very nice and somewhat exotics.
