This complete 1492-style* system would be a GREAT way to upgrade an older model with 1432 (or, a sedan with the cheaper "Active Bass" system). I'm planning to do this on my 1993 500E, someday, eventually.

The head unit can be replaced with any Becker TrafficPro, or Conti/VDO head unit that supports Blueteeth/USB. Plug+play with the factory connectors, no cutting required.

:gsxrock:

* Note: That's not a 1492 head unit in the photos, but uses the same connectors/harness. 003-820-57-86 appears to be used in the 202/210 chassis.

So is this complete kit for code 810 Soundsystem for E500E? Is this direct fit to Becker Mexico 2000 1460 ?

Hakie, do you happen to have correct door cars for the speaker system?
