The soldered wires just slip into the plastic "pin bushing housing". If you have wiring problems also, that would be different. If you were trying to solder the wires while still inside the plastic housing... don't do that. Remove the wires first, solder as needed, then slide back into the connector.
Yes, that would be the correct process but the terminals are unable to be removed from the connector. The factory connector I have has the wires soldered directly to the terminals in the connector. A more in depth inspection of the connector is required.
This is the only picture I have. This is the connector on the Air Conditioning pump. I believe it supplies power to the clutch and also has the compressor speed signal wire.
I am getting a jammed compressor clutch code. When I inspected the wiring one of the wires pulled out of the connector with little to no effort at all. I'm suspecting this is my compressor clutch power supply. When AC is activated from inside the car this wire becomes energized with 12V power.
