Do you mean the large spring washers at the hub? Like these photos from my Top-End Refresh last year?
It appears that the FOUR individual slightly dished spring washers have been replaced / superseded by ONE SINGLE larger washer, which is the part number that you have obtained (A 604 990 00 40).
It also specifies that you have to buy a new crankshaft bolt, A 119 990 01 01, which has evidently been superseded to N308676 018001.

That's what I did with my Top-End job. Nothing in the FSM says you can't re-use the hardware.Just re-use the old bolt and 4 Belleville washers (spring discs), oiling them as per FSM procedure.
