Hi Guys
I am looking for New Torque converter with number A 722 250 27 02
It is NLA in Germany .
Can someone check if it possible to order in USA Mercedes dealer network?
Thank you in advance

When I bought a new/remanufactured transmission from MB in Jan of this year, I also purchased a new torque converter, so if it's NLA then this must be a very recent thing.

MBCC now shows NLA (link).

New is nice, but a good reman unit is fine, and there are plenty available to buy outright without a core. There's almost nothing to wear out on these converters. MB says to replace if contaminated because there's no good way to flush them out without cutting open & re-welding. Or you can get a high-stall version for more fun at the dragstrip. If this was just going to be a hoard purchase, it's not something I'd lose sleep over if not in the hoard.

I bought the transmission too few days ago so was hoping for a new converter too.
My dealer told me that converter is code 49 , meaning no longer available.
I spoke with one dealer in California yesterday and I was told that can be back ordered , and he said there was no code next to it in part system.
My question is if US has their own warehouses ? or older parts will still come from Germany?

Yes, there are USA warehouses. But if there were any in stock in USA warehouses, the California dealer would have told you it was available. When they say it's on backorder, that means there is zero inventory in USA warehouses (and probably zero in Germany as well).
