WANTED Engine air intake hoses

More info at the link below. These are NLA, but there is an inexpensive substitute available that is a plain plastic tube:

@Almomen Have you tried getting them through a dealer? I was able to get the 1190901482 tubes through the dealer last July. But not sure if they are available now.

I have one very nice used one with no future anticipated use…
Lemme know if that helps you out.

You have probably seen the ZoomTubes™ discussion going here:
With all kind of materials available today I bet these tubes can be both restored and replicated very close to stock appearance with 100% functionality. The material has to be heat resistent to a certain extent:

See the "Note" in post #1 at the thread above.

@RMAC, if you car is missing the tubes: the simplest, cheapest solution is to buy the easily-available M117 plastic tubes instead. They won't be "period correct", but neither will any custom fabricated tubes be "correct". My ears can't tell the difference in intake noise with plastic vs foam tubes, which is the only reason MB used the foamies.

I have the original set that came on my E500, and they are in 80% condition. If you are serious I will unbury them, take photos, and am happy to sell them.

The NLA status of the foam tubes is creating a whole new market for "enterprising" folks who sell the still available plastic tubes as rare pieces for 200 Euro. NLA is bringing out the worst in people.....

I will make an exception for my usual/normal EUR 5,000 pricing for NLA items I own, and I will sell my very nice set for $100 USD + shipping (likely ~$20 via US Priority Mail).
Hello, Sorry for my late response. Im interested. Can you send me some pictures? Also Im from Europa, but I will pay for extra shipping if necessary. Thank you!

The M117 intake tubes will fit nicely also... part # 117 094 03 82.
Thank you for the tip, but if there is any chance, I would like to have OEM look of engine bay. Of course, if there is no used/new tubes availabe, I will consider your offered option.

Any tube of the correct diameter that fits snugly on each end will be functional, but may not look very good... depends if you care about appearances. The 117- part number tube is relatively cheap and looks good, it just doesn't have any foam section.

Still waiting for pictures.....
Here you go. Detailed photos of each.

It is likely that shipping to Europe via US Postal Service Priority Mail will be $50-70 USD.
