EPC Part number help (C140 Content )

Really struggling to find a part number for this door trim clip on the knock off Russian EPC I use
Its a real 10 cent item and I know if I go into my dealer they wont want to waste time looking and
will just say its NLA , it may be anyway
It goes at the top of the door where the door card clips to the inner metalwork there is a row of 5 metal
clips and these plastic clips clip into them. I have 1 left
Its a 1995 C140 S500 Coupe Vin No WDB 140 070 2A 258 187
I may be able to lash something up with rubber or plastic tube ( 3D printing is still expensive in the UK )
But it would be nice to get the proper part
Any help greatfully received,

I'm not sure where I'm looking at exactly from the first photo but maybe it's the following highlighted part? There are 10 required total so 5 per side like you said? A1409885378

A1409885378 is the metal clip that clips to the top rail of the inner door
My picture was not the best as it showed it with the plastic clip I am after in place
I would buy one to see if it comes with the plastic insert but google shows just an
empty metal clip when I search the 5378 part number

Here are 2 clearer pictures The first picture shows A1409885378 without the plastic clip
I am looking for attached to the top of the door, There are five of these along the top
of the door
The second picture shows the clip I am looking for attached to the top rail on the back
of the door card
So it looks like I need five to line up with the metal clips on the door
Now I do have some self adhesive felt that I could just wrap round the top rail on the
door trim the fit and forget as they say
But what would Gerry Roy GSXR and Klink never mind the Emporer make of such a blatant
bodge ? This is not Benzworld !
So I would be glad of any help or is it just something else that had fallen into the bottom
of the door and I am chasing my tail over nothing it is a great fit in this application mind
