Fan shroud seal at top of radiator

Hi everyone!
One interesting part caught my eyes on web, it's seal for upper part of fan shroud. So, I decided to buy it, cause it's seems to be NLA yet. On my E420, I haven't seen it. Part number is A 124 505 03 80
Can someone explain where this seal exactly installed? If you have some pictures, that would be great!
On scheme it has number 222.
See attached photos.
Thanks in advance!

Moderator edit: Part number A1245050380 is now showing NLA at MB Classic, and Discontinued at Rev Parts:

I think it's the most plausible place for it. But on my car there is nothing there( on the inside of the upper shroud), that's why I'm asking other dudes)
You can see it very clearly in my TOP-END REFRESH HOW-TO thread, at this post.

I **really** wish everyone would read this thread. It is an absolute wealth of information about every soft part under the hood and that is attached to the front, top and sides of the engine, gleaned in extreme detail over the course of four months in 2020. This is probably the 100th time I have had to refer someone to my thread, where explicit information exists to answer their questions.
