Guess what was the only German car out of 15 listed to avoid purchasing? (I didn't count the smart car for 2 Lol) :nobmw:

I think that fits. Interestingly enough, I spent time in a '13 B7 Alpina over the weekend. Admittedly I wasn't driving it, so I didn't get to see what it had, but I have to tell you -- I was wondering where the soul of that car was. In my S55, sure it's a luxo barge, but from anywhere in the car you can tell there's a real dragon lurking just beneath the surface. It's palpable -- unnerving even, as you can sense that something is uncharacteristically "different" about it. In the B7, if there's a dragon there it's in a cage -- WELL beneath the surface. Either way I'm not a buyer for big Bimmers.

Cheers,

maw
