FS: ‘02 CLK55 - Kleemann SC ($15,650)

This car is immaculate and spent the majority of its life in S. Florida. The current mileage is 89,550. There is extensive maintenance history since the original owner. The exterior and interior are in showroom condition. The car has never been in an accident. The previous owner purchased the car with 82k and spent roughly $20-23k during his ownership. The Kleemann SC was installed at 83.2k - the current output is 478hp. An additional $10k was spent on replacing every worn part and servicing the car. New springs and shocks. Engine and trans mounts. Valve cover gaskets replaced. Oil level sensor and seal. Transmission servicing. A new driver side seat motor. The intrusment cluster was fully restored. The wheels were completely refurbished and new pilot sports. A new set of CLK55 two-tone mats which are practically extinct at this point..

I acquired the car from Auto Assets located in Ohio (10/16). Over the past 4-5k the oil and coolant were flushed at my local MB dealership. In addition to the idler pulley, tensioner, and belt being replaced. A new Bosch battery 2-3 months ago.

The current VA safety inspection is good through 10/18. The inspector at the time of renewal recommend replacing the front bushings and lower control arms. The emissions is up to date. The car drives amazing and displays no error messages. The original keys and manuals will be included. The oem car cover (noah) specific to this model. All records will be transferred to the new owner:

Thanks, I paid a premium for it. The car is an absolute steal for my asking price. The performance is night and day vs. stock. I’ve owned quite a few of the 210 and 208 (AMG). Good build quality and very robust - i would not buy an MB past this.

Kleemann is a reputable company that has been in the business for a while. AMG essentially replicated their setup on the W211. The car pushed out 475-479hp on the dyno after the install. I’m not sure of the figure prior to the SC. The hp gain is undoubtedly over 100hp.

My fiancé does not feel comfortable driving the car and let me keep it over a year. It drives like a completely normal car, but things can drastically change in less than a second. This one would not be up for sale if I had the extra space!
