Build sheet show 4-speed automatic and it looks like the previous owner didn't even bother painting some of the parts that he tacked onto the chassis.

IMHO---monochrome it and its pretty cool. But like all things in this market, don't think its worth 18k....

I wouldn't lump this vehicle into the Hooptie category, maybe put it in the Bad Taste category. The contrasting parts are indeed painted on purpose to match the interior. Wheel lips are also painted in the same shade of beige. WHY is a whole different question.
