Head gasket for 300e 3.4 AMG

Hi all,

My 300e 3.4 AMG has a small oil leak coming from the head gasket. Compression in all cylinders is great.

Where does one source a head gasket for the 3.4? Anyone have the part number? Is there an aftermarket replacement that could possibly be beefier than the original?

Some years ago I bought it from Mercedes, directly, was not cheap...
there is a HWA part # for it

Pretty sure the 3.4 head gasket is p/n HWA1040160120.

MBCC shows NLA, but you'd have to contact a dealership and inquire:
