Original 1999 Mercedes-Benz was converted to One-to-One original Brabus style G700 6x6 Pickup!
ORIGINAL PARTS USED!!!!!!

Engine and gearbox, including all technical parts and issues, are original and in almost new condition!!!
-Exterior trim was equipped with carbon fiber trim,rear pickup side is covered with real ship woods(hydrophobic coating)
-Interior is also repaired , carpets, seats, roof and door panels are also new(changed and repaired with red and black leather),including carbon steering wheel and carbon rims
-Engine and all(!) gearboxes are original and stock(rear gearbox added from original MB W463)
-every suspension ant technical part is original or from original G-Wagon!

The GCFSB post covers most of it... talk about a serious case of badgineering. It's not Brabus, not 700, not powered by Brabus, not biturbo, not AMG, and not located in Florida as claimed. Makes one wonder what other surprises might appear. Neat project though, just what Gerry needs for those MD blizzards and floods!

Some people de-badge a car to fly under the radar. Others do the opposite. I guess you can mark this up as "All show and no go."

I'll also say that, like in home renovations, this is not a kitchen or a bathroom renovation where you will get dollar for dollar back on your investment.

BaT just sold a Blk/Blk G63 AMG 6x6 for $900K if anybody is interested. I believe it's in the Nov 10 daily mail. Said that olly a 100 were made.
