Wow, those are gorgeous and IMHO nicer than the Jehnert panels! Who makes them?

 :wootrock:

Cheers,
Gerry

Yeah! Who's the manufacturer? Shame they're not gray or black... I don't have any creme-beige interiors.

Hey guys I bought them here http://www.extremeaudio.de/index.php?ma ... s_id=24706

As you can see they cost 377.71 euros or 553.06USD in todays exchange rate for standard black ones back when I bought them the dollar was weaker. Also there is still a 28euro fee to color match them then also some cost to ship it over and the 7% customs fees declared value tax. http://www.extremeaudio.de/index.php?ma ... ippinginfo shows the rates within europe for shipping 35.90euro or 52.57USD being the highest in europe and USA being a lot more.

So the price I offer is reasonable considering the time and cost to get these. I'm not gaining anything just trying to recoup the cost as much as I can considering I will lose part of the investment. With that said if anybody needs cream or wants to dye these to their color and wants to avoid the headache and time associated above please make a reasonable offer and the panels are yours...

Thanks!

I have Fibrenew coming over next week to look at a piece on my 107. I can ask how much they charge to dye these maybe we can work something out? Check out their site they do some good work!

Just curious... are those Cream-Beige (86-93 color) or Parchment (94-95 color)? I forget what year your 500 was. I sent you an email, btw, let me know if you don't receive it...

I ordered cream-beige, but the panels are just a shade darker. I'm thinking the sun bleached my interior to be a bit lighter over the last 17yrs. I have the same problem with replacing parts on my 107 same cream beige. The new parts the grooves or creases of the material are a lighter beige and on top of the ridges of the leather or vinyl it appears to be a darker shade on the new parts. I think MB had 2 shades to give the depth to the vinyl and the darker shade wears or fades off. Some 3M adhesive remover and I rubbed off the darker shade and matched the rest of my interior on the 107 part.

I can post some pics on my 107 comparison as the 500e is gone..
