Good MB repair in Northern Alabama?

Does anyone know of any good MB repair shops in the Northern Alabama area? This specifically would be for an R129 500SL, on behalf of a friend.

+1. Is Birminham too far from "northern" Alabama? It would be worth it to get @Klink on the job.

Yep Klink is at the MB Dealer location in Hoover so for dealer service on newer stuff is absolutely a go to.
Paul and the guys at Birmingham Benz are an independent shop and the majority of the work they they do is on the older cars like our 124's. Hard to find a honest stable shop that will work on the older Mercs around here with folk who really understand these cars. All the guys I really know there also own and drive older Mercs themselves.
There is also Larry over at the Mercedes Doctor in Trussville just outside of Birmingham. This is another long time stable shop with an owner who really understands the older cars.

Gerry Don Rodens shop who rebuilds the ETA's is in North Alabama. Don is as good as it gets!
