A bit spendy for a used cable, but looks like one is for sale on eBay in Latvia: R129 Battery positive starter cabel harness, 1405400331 | eBay

This is a different cable, they are labeling it with a wrong part number.
A1405400331 is just a ground wire that connects the transmission housing to the cross member

. Just a photo reference. I installed this a few years ago on my Midnight Blue 036 when I purchased lots of parts for the restoration process. I ordered it in Qatar back in 2017 I believe. Have you tried to order it from any official MB dealership?

Yes I asked in Germany, its NLA. They gave me another part number but its too short.
I got my ground cable for the 600SL from this guys in Germany:
