-- ?The current ISPPI system from MB mirrors @gsxr's older EPC.
The two part numbers (interchangeable) are: 124 300 71 30 or 124 300 72 30, for left-hand drive cars.
The other part numbers (124 300 73 30, 124 300 74 30) are for right-hand-drive cars and thus not applicable to US models.

Ah, another old EPC error! The #69/#70 are for RHD cars... shouldn't be listed in the North American models. 
#71 is NLA, but #72 shows available, same $25... for E320:

My 092 throttle has felt a little heavy, and although this may not be it, the casing is cracking and probably need to have this part on hand.

Did you order from MBOEMPARTS.COM? Did you use our forum's free shipping code, "500EPROMO" -- ?
I totally forgot the code. And I've read about it several times. But I did use mboemparts. Cost me a little extra then...
