*Help Please* ...identifying NOS HELLA Headlamp

Hello to all, it's been sometime since I made the (very poor) decision to part with my '95 E500 Limited, I have missed both the car and the 500Eboard!

I would appreciate a little advice on the Headlamp I found stored away upstairs..

Things I know:
It's a complete Hella Headlamp for a facelift (06/93 on)
It's New Old Stock and is in perfect unused condition
It's a LH unit

Things I don't know:
If it's EU/US or JAP/ROW
If it's actually an E500 unit (or regular W124)

Any help correctly identifying it would be appreciated
If it is an E500 piece, I will post it in 'Parts for Sale'

Tom, your photos are for RHT (USA/Europe) lamps.

And unfortunately, those are for regular facelift 124 (E300, E320, E420). Not E500.
