how to fix drive side seat (its crooked)

Yep, one of your adjustment cables is borked. This is fixable, but you will have to remove the seat to get at the cable and fix it. There is a HOW-TO here on the forum as to how to do this. Generally you can cut the end of the cable housing and trim the cable end, and re-insert the cable into the motor, and it should work.

Do a search for seat adjustment cable and you should find something on this. It's come up several times over the years.

:update:

Nice! What washers did you change? I need to do this job on a couple of different cars...

:wormhole:

so you replaced those washers and did not change the cable issue?
yes turns out somehow the old one got bad idk how that happened the cabe from the motor point is good which saved me alot of time and the only hard part of taking the seat off cuz i couldnt get one 10mm bolt off it was a real pain to the point i opend the the gear cover and removed the gear to free it so i could have some room to work with then i had to lift that heavy seat upstairs pretty sure i have a slip disc now in my back but it was worth it
