Fixing broken clip mounts in B-pillar Trim (FSM 68-470)

I discovered that my B-pillar trims - both L/R - have broken clip mounts. Likely the shop that the previous owner engaged to re-do the headliner broke these. Does anyone have any pictures to share of their process in repairing these mounts according to FSM 68-470 .... or even any close-up pictures of how these mounts are supposed to look, unbroken? I see many pictures on the web/ebay of intact clip mounts, but I don't see any closeups. Thanks.

JLaa, I did this repair a few months ago on my drivers B pillar. I followed the repair procedure that you point out and it worked very well. The only evidence of the repair will be 2 slightly raised circle areas beneath the vinyl cover where the rivet heads sit. Not really visable but you can feel them.
You'll need an inexpensive rivet tool i.e. Harbor Freight. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Regards,

Peter
