So do you personally choose to pay no taxes as well since its voluntary and that is a system that has worked for you for a while? (I am assuming you have income that would otherwise be taxable in the above and I'm excluding if you happen to have a business that makes a tax loss in perpetuity as the reason you "don't pay taxes")
I dont mean to be a skeptic, but if practically it was all this easy / clear cut / and with the definitive case law precedent of working (or not resulting in penalty at least and never going to court).....wouldn't every attorney / accountant with half a brain in this country be doing this?.....also isn't Wesley snipes the case law precedent on taxes being voluntary argument actually not working?

Looks like despite his appeals, etc. he actually served nearly all of his 3 year sentence (would guess he has the dough to hire expert attorneys on these matters). His accountant and attorney co-defendants were actually found guilty on the felony conspiracy charges that snipes was acquitted of (he just got misdemeanor charges of failing to file returns)
