Chrome does a pretty good job of automatically translating pages, although Japanese does not translate word for word to English very well, but its good enough for you to figure out what is going on in the ad.

FYI. The decals on the ashtray were available, probably copies but I put one on my ashtray (on my 190e), on the real AMG ashtrays, you can't feel the decal when you run your finger over it, so its either silk screened on or its applied before the clear coat is applied.

thanx, yeah they do seem like they have been clearcoated on top.
Do you by any chance have a link for "stickers" of this kind?

Picked it up from ebay.de, plenty of rare decals on there but I don't see any of these ashtray decals. Enclosed a picture of the one from my 190e, its not 100% the same as the w124 decal, this one was W201 specific.

Resurrecting this thread to see if @2phast maybe knew of a P/N for the Later version flares frequently found on the japanese 400E "S3" Picture below, these are the "thicker" style flares.

Further, does anyone know how these were mounted? Can't and probably won't find any documentation lol - just silicone?? nakai-san style??

One of the two 400E flares are in the EPC, I believe its the skinny ones.

Have only seen one set for sale in Japan and can't remember exactly if they are a glue on or if they have studs like the W201 16 valve flares.

This guy has copied the later style flares and is offering them up for sale. Probably your best option if you want to get a set.

Could you elaborate more on the 16v stud mounting? I’ve scoured 190rev to no avail the search function sucks lol. When I messaged the above ebay seller he said “mount with silicone” which isn’t a good enough answer for me lol

The original W201 16 valve fender flares have a integrated, threaded stud, which to install, requires you to drill holes into your fenders and attach the flares with lock nuts. You can see how I drilled holes to install said flares on my W201 2.6l.
