Hi,

I need a LH side guard liner. I think the picture below shows the correct part and number.

If that is right, does anyone have one that they would be willing to ship to New Zealand?

Driver side is 124-884-15-35. These are NLA. Do you want new or used? I don't have any available, but new will be tough to locate.

Also... these are LARGE and cannot be folded into a small box. Shipping overseas may be quite expensive due to the large package size, despite the light weight. Maybe an ocean freight forwarder might not be too pricey.

Thanks for confirming the part number. I'll be happy with a serviceable used item.

Given the size, I think surface shipping would be the most sensible option.

"Ships in 3-6 business days" means they have zero on the shelf and would order from a dealer... who can't get it.

Someone may want to give it a try, but most likely the order will be cancelled. More info here.

Bump. I'm searching for the same item, if anyone has a lead on a new or used one, please let me know.

Bump. I'm still searching for this part. Does anyone know if the liner for standard cars can be used for the .036 - either as a direct fit, or following a bit of modification?

I have a used one, but shipping will be a pita

These are 500E500 specific.

See attached for condition and part number

Wow. That looks repairable? I'll take it, subject to knowing how much you want for it.
Lemme find a box for it......there is onlt a small amount of plastic missing si you couls try and complete with some plastic welding or simply use "as is" Forward me your address via DM and I will try and see what shipping will be. I will come up with a price in a day or so.

IIRC they are too narrow and leave a gap between the liner and fender. The lower front section do neither fit against the 036 engine bay bottom plate and the bumper. Additionally they don't have the small lids for accessing the fogs sitting in the bumper. However - if the liners you have aren't totally toast you could probably make an acceptable cut & paste repair with cut-outs from a standard set. They are made of the same material which makes it easier for plastic welding, glueing etc..

Thanks very much - that's really helpful information and good advice!

I do have a pair of NOS units from Mercedes-Benz purchased in 2016 before they went NLA.

Happy to sell them for my standard NLA price of USD $5K for the pair, shipping anywhere in the world included.

:) Luckily for me I asked about this at the right moment - captruff has sold me a used liner.
